To use the Farm to Fork mobile app, you must create an account with a valid phone number. By entering your phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive a one-time SMS passcode from Farm to Fork LLC via Twilio.
The Farm to Fork loyalty program awards cashback on qualifying purchases made in-store and linked to your account via our app. Rewards are calculated at our discretion and may change without prior notice. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
